Aqualates

The pool is calling....and I must go

There is no better place to be than in the pool.

The water element is groundingsoothing, soft and gentle to the body and mind.

Water moves. It moves in all directions, its pressure differs and it is a natural resistance; a perfect way to challenge your balance and cardio, build strength, muscle tone and burn calories while lowering impact on your joints. It takes more effort to move in water than it does on land.

Exercising in the pool also promotes lymph drainage, relief from swelling and water retention, counteracts varicose veins and lowers stress levels.

If you fall, the only thing that happens is "wet hair".

Join the fun, you bring the sun, I bring the pool noodles and the weights.
